At Parlier High School NJROTC, we believe leadership begins with service to our community, to our nation, and to one another. Our program is more than a class; it's a family built on respect, discipline, and teamwork. Every cadet learns that true leadership is measured not by rank or title, but by the courage to lead with integrity and the commitment to do what is right, even when no one is watching.
Our Core Values
Rooted in the Navy's core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment, we strive to develop young men and women who exemplify these principles in their daily lives.
Honor
Reminds us to live with honesty, respect, and accountability.
Courage
Drives us to face challenges head on and stand up for what is right.
Commitment
Inspires us to give our best effort in everything we do in school, at home, and in our community.
Through drill, academics, community service, and leadership training, our cadets grow into confident citizens ready to take on any challenge. We take pride in giving back whether it is honoring veterans, supporting school events, or mentoring younger students because community is at the heart of everything we do.
Together, we lead with purpose, serve with pride, and build a legacy of excellence that reflects the spirit of Parlier's community that drives Parlier High School and the Navy tradition we represent.
