At Parlier High School NJROTC, we believe leadership begins with service to our community, to our nation, and to one another. Our program is more than a class; it's a family built on respect, discipline, and teamwork. Every cadet learns that true leadership is measured not by rank or title, but by the courage to lead with integrity and the commitment to do what is right, even when no one is watching.
Through drill, academics, community service, and leadership training, our cadets grow into confident citizens ready to take on any challenge.
