This Privacy Policy describes how PARLIER NJROTC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained from students and parents/guardians through our website and program enrollment.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the following information during the sign-up process:
- Student ID (issued by Parlier Unified School District)
- Grade Level
We do not collect names, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, personal contact information, or financial information through this sign-up form.
2. How We Use Your Information
The Student ID and Grade Level are used strictly for:
- Verifying student eligibility for the NJROTC program.
- Internal program administration and record-keeping.
- Aggregate reporting to Parlier Unified School District (e.g., number of participants per grade).
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only:
- With Parlier Unified School District officials as required for educational program compliance.
- If required to do so by law or to comply with legal process.

Because we only collect Student ID and Grade, these rights are limited to requesting access to or deletion of this information.
